No. Their last few filings reflect that the reverse split has been done. BUT the OTCBB website does not show it having been completed. They also state in their own filing it is "still in progress."

To me, "still in progress" does not equate to "completed."

Here is another example of a company that adjusted their SEC filings for a reverse split, then later made the reverse split. I lost a lot on that one!
