We know the agreement is still in place. It expires at the end of October, at that time it will be null and void due to the fact that CBYI could not close the deal in the given time. At this time of the expiration then will Cambertire move onto the next deal maker.

Just as many of us here figured...that e-mail was mis-worded. Also anyone on the internet can doctor up an e-mail.

Man all I can say is I wish I had more $$$ I'd load up more on CBYI.
