that WAS the game plan, but its beyond koos's grasp now. we can only hope fda grants approval, I 'm not writing them off yet,but in my opinion ,its not looking as as good as it once did. and all this red tape with recent trademark problems only making things worse ! its really great that p.g. clarified all that for us, but it should be coming from the company itself. if I was a new investor looking to buy in, that surely would have spooked me away.

I thought he said "answer questions from FDA in the 3rd quarter, begin trials in 4th quarter". I do not remember him saying that approval would come in the 3rd quarter. Any thoughts? BMSN
