Let see, you agree that we are several years from money changing hands in the MDL litigation (As soon as the court rules ...), that a R/S is imminent, and that substantial averaging down will be required until that final court ruling (MDL district Court, Appellate Court, motion to Supreme Court, enforcement hearings completed) and you do not call this a "hard road"? Now that is HARD to imagine.
