I just told you that the only thing that's keeping shareholders away is DILUTION, you need to read better. It's obvious that infringement is negativley impacting revenue, because the infringers aren't paying royalties for the patetnts. You're just stating the obvious here.
As soon as the court rules that there has been patent infringement (and they will) royalies will kick in in retrospect and future for all these infringers. then revenue will be impacted very positive (stating the obvious just like you do).
There may be a R/S in the near future because of the liquidity needs as I stated in my earlier post, again this is the only thing that's keeping shareholders away.
But stating that it's a hard road to tak is again BULLSH*T!

I know that a lot of folks have paid a prive, guessing you are amongst those who paid the most, but this pays off in the end. It's all about the timing. question is not "if" question is "when"
