i'm just wondering what was sks' answer when you asked him to deny that wave is under investigation.
was it simply "no comment" or was he like "promise me you'll visit me in jail!!" ?

and by the way, did he reply at all about what happened to the samsung/wave mobile product he told you he expected to be available last spring?
