Buyouts of technology company are where the big dollars come into place (i.e. Microsoft buyout of PhoneFactor which SFOR is suing). A conversative buyout of $20M places the PPS at .02 given the current SS. $20M for Microsoft is piss money, so it more likely much higher then this for a buyout.

People have to remember this is security software and the clients they sign up do not want to broadcast that they have it. The financials will come.
