Shareholders don't have squat to do with the running of a company. Where are you finding these stupid statements?

Because the owners (shareholders) are the ones responsible for creating the mess in the first place by running up bills they can't pay.

Piss poor management and incompetent Boards of Directors are the ones running companies into insolvency........... Ever heard of a shareholder approving a contract? NOPE it is the snakes in the boardrooms and their ilk in upper management lavishing themselves with all their wants - SHAREHOLDERS GET NONE OF IT.

Then to kick the mule while its lying dead in the street we have some genius BK judge(whom obviously is in way over her head) signs off on "bonuses" for the idiots who drove the wreck to BK in the 1st place???????

No - you are wrong - Shareholders loss out while incompetence is rewarded with a cleaned up balance sheet so the company can again be run into the ground by management and their azz kissin BODs.
