I am going to ignore being called stupid and just concentrate on responding to the substance of your post.

I obviously struck a nerve for you to have such a strong emotional response.

Shareholders collectively control management. That is just a fact.

Just because shareholders, in this case, didn't have the collective foresight to recognize management was making poor decisions & they didn't have the collective unity to actually marshall their collective power to force change...doesn't change the fact that they collective control management.

There is unity in strength, however Patriot shareholders excercised no foresight nor were they unified in acting when it would have counted.

Now you can be mad all you want and call me names, but whatever you call me, really says more about you than me.

Wow, its amazing how wrong or ridiculous some are here to think shareholders were the cause of this mess..it so far from the truth its actually kinda comical..how else do you deal w dumb? Jees..
