I obviously struck a nerve for you to have such a strong emotional response.
Shareholders collectively control management. That is just a fact.
Just because shareholders, in this case, didn't have the collective foresight to recognize management was making poor decisions & they didn't have the collective unity to actually marshall their collective power to force change...doesn't change the fact that they collective control management.
There is unity in strength, however Patriot shareholders excercised no foresight nor were they unified in acting when it would have counted.
