Ya since the last I knew the refinery was off line for annual maintenance which was suppose to be back online 2nd week of september according to the press releases from months ago. CVRR is still maintaining the 1.35 dividend and thats all Im concerned with. Maybe since the sp is starting to cover old ground the refinery got its cracking unit back in operation and oil is being produce again. With a harsher colder winter forecast, CVRR will be ok this 2013/2014 winter season. But again its their healthy quarterly dividend that Im in for.
