Work for whom? HRRN (He5 Resources) has a single officer and no employees, not to mention no operations. Would you care to declare how many shares of HRRN that Mr.Cortellazzi beneficially owns? I'm sure FINRA would be interested.

You've made public statements (again, assuming this is actually Michel Zgarka) that all of the paperwork necessary in order for a reverse merger between HRRN and Archeos Entertainment was filed. It's been the better part of a year since you made those claims.

Dude, you don't have any shareholders according to FINRA and the Nevada SoS. I do see that HRRN changed their Transfer Agent, after issuing 200 million shiny new shares; what's up with that "Executive Chairman"?

Why don't you just find a clean shell? I mean there are hundreds of clean shells out there for sale, and a host of people that would be more than happy to accommodate you, and your "people". It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to RM into this tainted shell, unless of course it's "business as usual" for the Cortellazzi crew?

Seems a bunch of shares were issued and sold, but nothing else? This seems false and misleading to me, I wonder if the SEC would agree? Let's find out..
