"I would like very much, for all of the investors information, set once and for all the right and clear "decision making" structure of Archeos Entertainment which we had been told for almost 1 year would become the new name with a new ticker.

We are still waiting for this to happen although on our corporate side we have continued to do the best to achieve great properties, international distribution and maximizes the value of the shares for our shareholders.

Recently a photos was published of me and Mr Cortelazzi. The only reason why I was in a photo with him, is that he attended an evening where I was awarded a trophy for Best Animation while I was in Miami giving a speech at the Florida Media Market. Mr Cortelazzi does not work for us, he is not either on our Board nor on our Advisory Board.

Once the name and ticker change happens, we will announce more distribution and production deals, new properties and several new Members of both our Boards."
