DEIR EZZOR, SYRIA — ISIS militants have publicly beheaded two women. The women were executed along with their husbands in Deir Ezzor, Syria under charges of sorcery and witchcraft.
ISIS has been known to stone women to death and has also beheaded female Kurdish soldiers who were already dead, but this is reportedly the first case of civilian women being executed in this fashion.
