Oh, Yes! Let's all call CJ 8 or 10 times a day and completely clog up the system so nobody gets any REAL work done. Are you a NEOM shareholder or, as I suspect, work for Scanbuy.

Leave it alone!

My comment is they have so much going on they may not be able to handle it all. I doubt they have staffed up sufficiently to even handle WR.

Without the resources they cannot possibly respond to people in a timely fashion.

I totally agree with this post. If the customer is not "JOB 1" they are headed down the same path as the automobile industry in relation to Japan and the companies there that focused on the needs of the customer. For no response to paint inquiries or key word registration is unacceptable in todays envirioment. If they need staff, hire them off of this site for crying out loud

SS Minow..I think Neom management would rather deal with the Corporations, Brand Managers, etc...before the general public, from which half the enquiries have come from shareholders submitting phoney requests for keywords! Joe blow from Australia wants a keyword...are the patents valid in Australia??? WHy would you want a keyword in Aussie land..if the patents are not valid. Hence lies the problem of a company with lack of manpower..getting request from 100's of shareholder putting in phoney word registry enquiries.

Put yourself in Neom's shoes, who would you want to deal with...a brand manager of PG..or another Bozo on the bus..trying to find out...how sucessful word registry is..again we the shareholder are shooting the invesment in the foot by being pet detective like in bothering the company with false word registry claims...bogging down the efficiency of the company.
