Exactly, did anyone expect his name wouldn't be on filings for his own company while it was in his possession? After the changes he will be ousted. The filings come first, get current, then the change. Everything is happening according to the advance PR's.

No it hasn't. But he's almost always held those positions. Now and then he resigned, or pretended to resign, for a few weeks.
