when you talk about pink sheets that have no product on the market and make no money, the overall value is pretty much zero...forget about market caps or trying to use normal valuations...its all about the pps...

Fastlane's point was that PPS alone is Not an indicator of value.
One must multiply the PPS by the number of shares outstanding to derive a normalized value for the company.
That is the concept behind Market Value or Market Capitalization and that is why Market Cap. is always reported for any company.
