i realize that...and my point is that when it comes to pink sheets with no sales, revenue or marketing of any kind that is thinly traded, pps is all that really matters... forget about market valuation, book value etc...as far as shareholders are concerned, its all about the pps which can fluctuate one way or the other for literally no reason at all...

if this company starts making money, certain valuations may apply and will make some kind of sense...
