dougal private e-mails shared expose the poster much more then the source for sensitive or privy gradable information. Should the e-mail as origin for private or beneficial use be derived from and for use for several variable illicit activities, of which may or may not realized depends upon the nature of the information.

He was clarifying that these countries pilot programs were scheduled to finish in the first quarter. Enough said. It doesn't say they will be online, just the testing. Enough said!!


I just recieved a responce from Mr Huff from an e-mail I sent to him yesterday.

Pilots are all scheduled to finish in the first quarter of this year.
