I believe they are partnering with many private companies. Several companies, in my research, are using the YippyHub extension under a different name. It has unlimited applications beyond what it's used for on the YIPI search engine. I'll provide examples of other companies using it later. Plus I'm completely confident that is what Bing is using to filter their search engine for Bing for Schools.
