Rick Shykora has left bag holders all over for many years. Tell him I have a block of gray sheet shares he can buy back from me!
POS liar and lowlife rip off artist! All he does is issue shares and ruins a company! Check the filings of all his past stints!

These services have included investor relations, public relations and corporate governance capacities.
From the information publicly available, in a matter of just ten years Rick has managed to jump around to ten different companies, apparently stopping with the amazing ability to be the CEO for one company and the VP for another at the same time. His tenure at each company is something to note as well:

Board of Directors for Quartz Ventures Inc. for less than a year.
CEO of Frontier Energy Corporation for two years.
Vice President of Diversity Group International Inc
Managing parter for MSK Holding, LLC.
CEO Sigma Global Corp for less than one year.
Consultant for Ifinix Corporation for less than one year.
Consultant for AutobadXL Inc for one year and three months.
Manager for Sure Trace Security Corporation for two years.
Land Banker for the Walton International Group for less than one year.
