If John Scott knew that there would be no deal with CBYI then wouldn't he legally be allowed to say so? It's not insider trading if the CEO from another company denies the validity of a merger. That makes me believe this is actually real. The only thing that makes sense is he cannot say yes, as that would constitute insider knowledge prior to completion of merger. I'm buying on Monday.
