If what you say is true, then why would Sandra Elsley be so interested in claiming a stake to JBI and/or John Bordynuik, Inc. through legal avenues?

Do you have any thoughts about why she would do that, if the company is never going to make any money?

Yeah... WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT???

Especially since public domain information seems to indicate she is BROKE, IN DEBT having already BORROWED HEAVILY in lost legal causes,

and has lost this issue in court already one time?

WHY should a court room in the USA be filled with people so much dumber than the one in Welland that this time SHE WINS????

Ain't gonna happen! Classic representation of the definition:

Repetition of the same actions, expecting a different result!

Well maybe she feels she has a valid claim. I don't think that all of the claimants will get paid before JBI goes bankrupt or runs out of cash. I am not sure where these lawsuits sit on the pecking order in the event of liquidation, but it is always best to get these things going earlier. There are lienholders, debtors, shareholders, and shareholders with liquidation privileges. I have no idea where the legal claimants sit on that list.
