So it will be 6 months before those shares will be available for sale.... good... in six months, EPIC shareholders will be investors like the rest of us!
This I will assume is a good thing, we are on our way to becoming a fully diluted common stock I believe. This news should come as of no suprise to anyone that has done DD and know it was intended to happen for a long time andin fact has happened several times already.
