You are correct, and they will be issued as restricted shares, can't be sold for 6 months...

Someone can check with IR but I believe they can still only sell a very small % if they were going to sell some in 6 months anyway. I think this is a precursor to bigger things anyway. Preferred give up rights when they convert.
