Has anyone figured out why there would be a belief that MCIC will be purchasing any land in DC when there is no evidence of this? There were, of course, BS timelines for funding and land closing spewed by Lisenby in the March PRs, which became a complete joke a long time ago.
It doesn't matter as it is clear that there is no funding so there can be no land purchase. Not sure why the current owner is selling, but based on the claims that it is still to wet to develop, maybe it's a swamp.
