I would prioritize time last. My own priorities would be :

Substance (product development/sales)
Funding
Time

Funding not based on substance will be onerous like LJC I think. So you need substance first IMO. Without funding, you cannot move FAST at all. You can still build a company, but you have to do it incrementally--bootstrapping.

My dad was a mechanic and his favorite sign was:

You can have it done well
You can have it fast
You can have it cheap

Pick any two of the above.

As I said above, we can't move quicker until the substance supports better funding. Like so many things, it is a spiral IMO. Best regards, IJO
