Yes, it would have been announced (most likely). However, if AMEX is using out-of-band authentification and if SFOR can prove it falls under their patent or patents...it will be a SCORE for SFOR! But first, I think SFOR has to get past PhoneFactor and Authentify litigation before than can do licensing deals and sue others.
