Any settlement to LTI will be divided by the people who signed releases and from what I recall the equvelent of 1.4 billion shares
signed off in relation to the whole float of 1.7 billion shares.

So if there's one billion dollars to be split up you must divide that into 1.4 billion shares.

New shares are based on WMIH NOL value and will appreciate in time when a merger occurs.

hope that helps

Rico

Each CLASS has a determined recovery which everyone agreed to when giving releases.

So CLASS 19 & CLASS 22 split recovery 75/25 with no cap to CLASS 19.

CLASS 22 (WAMUQ's) had approx 1.4 of 1.8 Billion giving releases.

For every 1 Billion the LTI collects 250 Million goes to CLASS 22.

250 Million/ 1.4 Billion = approx .1785 cents for every OLD WAMUQ that gave releases.

Hope this helps you.

Hi Rico

First higher classes must be paid in full (otherwise your shares won´t see any recovery)
If/when this happens your old commons will receive approx 0.1785 USD for every extra Billion the WMILT recovers/"wins"
