Thank you Wayne. I may not agree with you but I respect your opinion and for answering a simple question. Unlike some who just throw out blanket statements and bash you for a difference of opinion and going against what was already decided upon.

JPM is the transfer agent. And they have been accused of being our CT Trustee.

Wayne...on that point, I do not believe it would be the trustee responsible for an uplisting. It's possible. I would look more to the debtor, or successor. Possibly even a third party with a vested interest (lots of shares) that assumed the CTs. It's fine to post these parts of the POR (again) but keep in mind whom you are posting to. One bashes every stock he is in and the other expects to make insults and then be spoonfed . Honestly, people like that...I don't care if they pick up a single share. Nice work with the phone call to confirm what we already knew. I'll be back around when the money rolls in...
