Wayne...on that point, I do not believe it would be the trustee responsible for an uplisting. It's possible. I would look more to the debtor, or successor. Possibly even a third party with a vested interest (lots of shares) that assumed the CTs. It's fine to post these parts of the POR (again) but keep in mind whom you are posting to. One bashes every stock he is in and the other expects to make insults and then be spoonfed . Honestly, people like that...I don't care if they pick up a single share.
