The average SPAC in the US this year is $182M. But, based on research, the companies that get a SPAC, they trade at 4x the value of the SPAC.

So, if they got $50M as an example in pooled funds into a SPAC, CBYI would be expected to trade at about a $200M market cap which is 4x the money raised.

If they got $200M, then this could trade up to $800M market cap, and so on.

This all makes sense on a speculative basis.

Nobody knows how much money they will raise.

It could also trade up without the SPAC. The tech itself seems worth of high spec dollars.

One way or another, I believe its going to be private bankers running this stock, and you want to be on board.
