All just my humble opinion.

It doesn't take anyone with above average intelligence to understand that when you ask for a $140M loan and don't get it that somewhere down the line it was turned down.

As a shareholder I would just like to be updated on what's happened since Plan A fell through. IMO a public update is about 6 monthes overdue.
