Try choicetrade, I was able to buy cbyi with them and I don't think they have a minimum to open an account. Etrade is far better but it should get you in cbyi.

My Friend bought with TD ? Thats strange. Etrade is by far the best Penny Broker. Scottrade has cost me tons of money on their so called protective stances. The reps barely even know how to read a level II screen and they block things. Drives me nuts.

I feel your pain man, I put my last 200 bucks into this, I'm lucky I mailed Etrade my money a week ago and had to wait 5 days to buy penny stocks once they got my check. I'm pissed I could have gotten in this at .0003 or .0004 last week but at least I'm in. I'll just have to hold longer
