The motion no doubt will be denied.I think they already know it.The 10th will come and go.I expect them to pay and would think talks are ongoing.

There are other legal filings that can or I think that will occur soon.

The Ponezumab PF04360365 was not changed for no other reason then the case itself or the licensee agreement was terminated by either party.

One thing for sure this is NO infridgement case.Its a breach of a contractual agreement.

Hopefully it was terminated cause Intellect will be payed alot more for a new license.

No matter what Pfizer must pay what was owed on the agreement when the 127 patent was issued.The agreement was in force.If its still in force they must pay any other milestones ect. until either party terminates per section 7.

My gut says it was terminated in the past few months!

If its going to court for sure, the press may play a part, where as before a court case was hypothetical (and still is). It may get written up as an David and Goliath story, nothing like bad publicity to shake things up.
