In reviewing the schedule and motions for this case, 2 facts are there: They never settled on the motion to dismiss and the Sept 10th "trial" is scheduled as a phone conference for a status update.

In other words don't expect any final decision.

My guess is the motion to dismiss is denied and PFE/Intellect either circle their respective wagons and continue to duke it out or whoever buys ILNS or it's parts and patents decides whether or not it is worth it to continue the fight. Either way, the final decision will still be far off.

Again, all of this is IMHO and I hope that I am wrong.
