John, I believe that many people don't take the time to study the info provided and just look at the bottom line. I believe what contributed to lower earnings (note there are earnings, not a deficit) was the establishment of a 24 hour call center. That was expensed. However, it will immediately start paying dividends by reduction of expenses incurred by using outside resources.
