bd, what I'm about say stems from my investment being based solely on the potential of the product and not having a pressing time-line for it reaching shelves. In light of that I took Tom's advise some years ago to not get caught-up on what's posted on Message Boards. Not to long ago I questioned him about the company no longer having financing, which I read on the board and some posters thought was hilariously funny. I had half-ass read the Financial and therefore had to call him to find out if this was true. When I brought it up the first thing he said "Stop reading things into NR's that aren't there". He then schooled me as to what it actually said, which cooled me out and even more so, after I re-read the Financial. I over looked the part which stated there is still limited Financing. This has proved to be true in light of, the company is still alive and well, now have TWO (2) Lawyers on board taking care of business and sundry other events going on behind the scene, which Tom tells me are taking place.

I don't believe any posters has a inside track as to when anything concrete will happen...not even Tom at his point. Like he told me the other day, he's awaiting definitive news just as the rest of us.

bd, likewise no offense but statement like this should be address to the company "Chill or no chill this would be an incredible time for product to hit shelves. The pps would blow up after chill were to be released. Well you know the expression put up or shut up seems pyct has always taken to the latter."

Whats taking so long. Its quite clear that the shorting conspiracy is nothing but myth and distraction - look at PYCT - what has it done other than bloat up the OS count to nearly 28 billion? Sales? Nope. Cash? $0 Revenues $0 Advertising? None. Nothing really but company fueled hype - theyve even used paid promoters like Shakerzzz to try and get people to buy commons to keep their toxic financiers happy. My local paper delivery boy has higher revenues than this scam outfit. LOL!
