I was on the west side of the lake. My view looked across the lake at Bellagio, had a nice view.

Unfortunate you were ill during travels, it is a great place to visit and enjoy.

Funny you went to Victoria on Vancouver Island. My wife and I stayed at the Empress Hotel there. We flew in on a sea plane from Vancouver and landed on the water in front of the hotel. It was a fun short trip, not much to do there. Did you enjoy?

We went visited the gardens as that is what they are known for. The food, well, its British. So we stayed in our hotel and enjoyed the view and the spa. We flew back to Vancouver via Air Canada, not sea plane, but the sea plane part was cool, it was a single engine otter. As a pilot, I enjoyed my first sea takeoff and landing.
