Anyway, Liquidmetal wont see any penny of vMatter`s revenue.

Posted 8/19/13 on Crunchbase:

VMatter Cutlery added James Kang as CEO!

Am I the only one who finds it odd, that the same James Kang has rights to use Liquidmetal Technology. This is the license between Liquidmetal and Innovative Materials Group, a company of James Kang:

"[Liquidmetal] hereby grants to [Innovative Materials Group] a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing, non-transferable license under the Licensed Patents to make, use, offer to sell, sell, export, and import Licensed Products within the Field during the term of this Agreement."

Licensed Patents:
U.S. Patents 5,288,344 through 7,862,957

U.S. Patent Applications 10/523,465 through 61/354,620

If the vMatter knife are produced as promoted on the website, James Kang and his Innovative Materials Group must have access to advanced Liquidmetal Technology. Well, to me Liquidmetal looks more full of holes than a Swiss cheese! It seems that Liquidmetal likes to give things away for free!
