I dont think there is any hurry to disclose the new company.

We have received several emails asking us to keep a lid on the exposure until they are finished buying. We will respect their wishes.

The stock is acting great...hope to have an interview with the CEO for next month's issue.

While we dont know if the company has filed for OTC, we do know the time to process is about 4 weeks from start to finish.
