It's not "news." There is no news. It's just an uninformed opinion.
To the contrary, there are signs that good things are coming--maybe soon.
1. The fact that the BOD took their salary again in stock instead of cash is a good sign. 2. The fact that the BOD took their salary a couple of months earlier this year than last year is possibly a sign that good news could be coming soon. 3. The fact that the stock price is holding over a dollar even though millions of shares were traded to raise it to this level is a good sign. There hasn't been any type of correction after the jump in pps--which is surprisingly good.
Did they not have a mediator where bryan was paid 8 million to bring this about......If it did get settled then he can bill another 8 million for the next three months...
