Mr. Alferd Culbreth was elected Chief Executive Officer and has located an
additional source of high alkaline water. The new source is pristine and sits on
200 acres with a fully operational production plant. The taste of the water from
this new source is superior to the previous source. In addition, the agreement with
the management of this organization provides the opportunity to brand the
production under our priority labels including our signature high end glass
containers. The new arrangement compliments our working model rooted in
branding, marketing, and distribution as opposed to bottling and operations
