rhlytle...Who knows how widely followed MF is? And as for the opinion regarding GTE, it most certainly didn't reflect any "scholarly DD" as you put it.
It was no more substantive than I'd expect from a 3rd rate basher. It answered absolutely nothing and the questions/spin put forth exposed it's unprofessional level of DD and history of the company and it's subsidiaries as well as a childish arrogance and contempt for the technology involved.
Opinions are like toilets...every body has one. Some are based on knowledge and others aren't. How dare this Fool even consider his opinion valid on a technology he so obviously has no knowledge of.
And his "selective" choice of reality suggests much worse about his motives.
The final and biggest point though is that the 8k came out AFTER his drivel, and did answer his questions and many more. He should be kicking himself now imo. He did more damage to his own credibility by far than he did to GTE.
If people bother to read the filing, the desired effect of the FOOL's drivel on the share price may be negligible come Monday.
