I understand your skepticism. I'm sure a lot of us out there have been burned by a pump and dump including myself. Having worked with the automobile industry, From my past experiences, it's extremely difficult to get picked up by a major automobile company. First off, they normally have exclusive contracts that are already in place. I would think that that would be the biggest reason why they didn't jump on them immediately. Secondly, tires (especially a new brand) are going to have to have extensive testing done on them before an automobile maker will pick them up. Yes the design has been out for a few years now. But in 2010 that was the early stages of this company. Still a lot of R/D to be done at that point. More geared for racecars back then. Now they have designs for every day vehicles which Can and will shift the market.

He was offered money for exclusive use of his patent (don't believe me do your own DD) when he was shopping it around in '10, but as I understand it, his goal is to license the patent for development. Wasn't able to do that privately so now he's taking the public funding/SPAC route.

The patent, technology, product, and marketing capabilities of the man are plainly evident with 15 minutes of googling. His goals are clear, and the steps he's taking are as easy to see. Very little here needs to be taken on faith.

Pinkies are what they are, I wouldn't try to change your mind about that, just as we discuss this I'd like to keep the facts straight. DD is important.

It was. John Scott had a non disclosure with good year. They stole his idea and made the tires. They didn't think he had money for attorneys. He sued. They took it off the market. He has them in his office. Go to Wisconsin. Proof. Real dd
