coolerheads, you've got to chill. MSFT and VRNG made a good deal that will benefit VRNG in the long run. The patents that they got from MSFT will be used in a future patent suit. Against whom you ask? Well, I'm a guessin GOOG, but no one knows for sure. Remember the adage, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." MSFT and VRNG both want to knock GOOG down a few rungs off their ladder of success. It's going to happen and tomorrow just might be the start of it. I think JJ is now in a position where he must finally do something against GOOG. Maybe he'll rule this week on the royalty rate, maybe he'll put an injunction in place where GOOG will be limited in their use of Adwords. Wouldn't that be an awesome thing!
