Highly doubt he limits Google's use of AdWords. Why is he going to go to the extreme when he hasn't done anything up to now to give you the idea he would do it?

He will most likely give VRNG a little more time to file after asking Google to supply more documentation.

There won't be any injunction.

1.VRNG would have had to have asked for injunctive relief at the start of the trial and given they are NPE they wouldn't get it.

2. He won't rule on RR this week as this is not what VRNG asked for. He will, or at least should, follow VRNG guidelines on timing and very well could threaten Google with contempt. He certainly should be warning Google now.

3. The part I do agree with here is google, and their antics, have pushed him so far into a corner with their nonsense he is pretty much forced to be strong handed with them now.
