I don't we are readying that the same way.

My point is there is a clause in that press release that effectively says, that if Vrng is awarded damages from google that are substantially more than what they have been previously awarded = 30 million,

then the cap falls away and something else (which is not specified publicly) will be owed by msft.

i personally believe you are misinterpreting it if you read it as the max from msft is 30 million, the 30 million has nothing to do with msft.

Thank you very much for your blog.
I am long in this stock.
I remember when vrng responded to this mcsoft, settlement.
It was not the best move,big lawyers etc.
Hopefully ZTE will work out better .
