So, were these material events that they are talking about releasing in a PR? Did these events happen before the Patent news broke? Did Mark inform others of pending material news as he did you?

As a fully reporting company there are strict guidelines on when material news must be made public and there are strict guidelines on what a CEO can say to third parties that is non-public. Has SFOR violated these rules?

Mark told me that we should see two(why not one) really good PRs released on some deals that have been closed (when?) and another PR on some good things going on with the lawsuit pretty soon.

The fact that instead of putting out the PR's of past events (deals completed as you have stated) they are choosing to put them out not as one but as multiple PR's staggered over time would be a concern that their real intent is to pump the stock by these repetitive PR's.

What is the delay in releasing material news and why not all at once? Did you ask Mark this very critical question as it goes to motivation!
