#11019 RE: HokieHead #10954

I saw a post that said Microsft was now using that technology so I was wondering if this no longer an issue (i.e. has been settled already) from someone that has been long on SFOR.

$24.07M/yr for SFOR just on Royalties Alone

http://www.scribd.com/doc/133342539/StrikeForce-Technologies-v-PhoneFactor-Et-Al

Total Annual Revs of these 3 '599 "Defendants"...
$4.815B X 0.5% = $24.07M

Note:Patent Royalties in the US is 1% - 2%,The above Abacus Calculation is just one half of 1 percent.

PhoneFactor, Inc.
Note:Annual rev. of $5M before MSFT acquisition
http://www.insideview.com/directory/phonefactor-inc

Fiserv, Inc.
$4.4 Billion per year

http://www.fiserv.com/index.htm

First Midwest Bancorp, Inc.
$410+ Million per year
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=FMBI+Profile
http://www.firstmidwest.com/

$24.07M/1B OS = 0.024/SH = $24.07M MC

Something to think about by the 3 '599 "Defendants'...Why would they pay $24.07M/yr in Royalties minimum...when one of them can just "Acquired It"
cheaply for 25M 50M 75M?...

A $3K investment will Gain 25K 75K 115K ...

Sweeet Caramba!!!^$

Buying under a Penny, the '599 future "Patent Infringement" is a great "W"infall coming for anyone who can wait!!!
