Not sure if the CEO ever has had controlling interest, we will see what happens.

The problem is, it almost guarantees that only toxic financing will be available to the company.
Since the CEO has complete voting control, regardless of the O/S, there's little incentive for someone to buy newly issued shares, unless they can get them at a steep discount to the market and sell them.
That only becomes available through a death spiral.

I think it will be very hard on the PPS. Let's hope the CEO explains himself.
